Delia is a teen superhero from New York City. By her friends and family she is known as Delia, just an ordinary high school girl living and ordinary life. By night she is known as Glitz, teenage crime fighter, saving other city teens from trouble. She kicks bullies butts in style with the knowledge she learned from her dance and karate classes. Kids in trouble call upon Glitz with a special phrase "Glitzy! Glitzy!". Even if she is thousands of miles away, her super hearing powers allow her to hear anytime someone is in need.
